  • API usage, hosting, cloud (AWS, etc.), and AI editing are credit-based, and additional credits can be purchased when needed.
  • Credits cannot be converted to or withdrawn as cash and may only be used for Ai.app services. However, payment cancellations and refunds required by law or allowed under the company's refund policy apply separately; any unused credits granted for that payment will be revoked.
  • Subscription credits are granted every 30 days from the payment date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next grant cycle and expire 30 days after each grant.
  • Annual plans are billed annually, while credits are granted in monthly allotments every 30 days from the payment date.
